A Decentralized Marketplace with Self-Sovereign Identities for Telecommunication Services
Abstract: This demo presents a functional blockchain system for decentralized sharing of telecommunications infrastructure. The platform enables asset and service providers to publish offers for physical resources—such as towers, antennas, and links—within an integrated marketplace. These resources can be contracted by third parties in B2B and B2C models. The architecture features decentralized identity (DID), smart contracts for asset tokenization and automated billing, and a lightweight frontend. Built on Hyperledger Besu and integrated with Ethereum-compatible libraries, the system fosters digital governance, interoperability, and sustainable use of underutilized physical assets.
